Ran a personal-best time of 2:24.94 in the 800-meter run at the PLNU Collegiate Invitational (March 25).
Had a PR of 1:04.27 in the 400-meter dash at the Ben Brown Invite (March 10-11).

AS A REDSHIRT FRESHMAN IN 2022 DURING TRACK & FIELD

Competed in two indoor meets and seven outdoor meets.
Ran her best indoor 800-meter run at the Fastrack Last Chance (Feb. 25) with a time of 2:28.70.
Fastest outdoor 800-meter run and lone 200-meter run came at the Ross & Sharon Irwin Invitational (March 19) with times of 2:26.54 and 28.84, respectively.
Recorded her only 400-meter time of the season at the San Diego Collegiate Challenge (March 11) and finished with a time of 1:04.73.

AS A REDSHIRT SOPHOMORE IN 2021 DURING CROSS COUNTRY

Competed in two races.
Placed 49th at the Mark Covert Classic (Sept. 4) with a 5K time of 22:28.5.
Turned in a 5K time of 22:09.7 at the Biola Invitational (Sept. 10) to place 92nd.

Ran an 800-meter time of 2:28.95 at the San Diego Collegiate Challenge (March 7).
Season shortened due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2019 DURING CROSS COUNTRY

Competed in three races.
Placed 69th at the Cougar Challenge (Sept. 13) with a 6K personal-best time of 26:12.5
Took 72nd (27:45.7) in the UC San Diego Triton Classic (Oct. 12).

HIGH SCHOOL

2019 graduate of West Hills High School in Santee, California.
Ran under coach Juan Naranjo.
Named the Most Improved Runner for cross country in 2017.
Named the Most Valuable Runner for track & field in 2018.
Named the Most Consistent Runner for cross country in 2018.
Also played soccer and won the Division 2 State Championship in 2019.
Was president of the Running Club.
Was on the Principal's Honor Roll with a 4.5 GPA.
Member of the San Diego Union-Tribune All-Academic Team for cross country, soccer and track & field from 2017 to 2019.

Favorite food is a chili quesadilla.
Roots for the Los Angeles Dodgers.
Always wears her hair in two French braids for races.
Most memorable moment is running an 800m PR of 2:25 a week after running a PR of 2:30 during her junior year.
Likes most about CSUSM is all the student support services offered to help each and every student succeed.
Majoring in Human Development with a minor in Spanish.
Intends to earn a master's degree in either school counseling or social work after graduation.
