  • Competed in one indoor meet and six outdoor meets.
  • Ran the third-fastest outdoor mile in program history at 5:10.61 in the Steve Scott Invitational (April 26-27).
  • Ran a season-best 800-meter time of 2:17.21 at the Beach Invitational (April 12-13).
  • Her fastest 1500-meter time of the season came at the Triton Invitational (April 5-6), finishing in 4:42.80.

AS A REDSHIRT JUNIOR IN 2023 DURING CROSS COUNTRY
  • Competed in six races. 
  • Ran a 5K PR of 18:18.0 at the 42nd Annual UCR Invitational (Sept. 16) for 14th place. 
  • Clocked a 6K PR of 22:17.4 for 21st place at the CCAA Championships (Oct. 21). 
  • Placed 100th with a 6K time of 23:40.0 at the NCAA West Regionals (Nov. 4). 

AS A REDSHIRT SOPHOMORE IN 2023 DURING TRACK & FIELD
  • Competed in two indoor meets and six outdoor meets.
  • Ran a season-best outdoor 800-meter run of 2:17.23 at the Chris Rinne Twilight (April 21).

  • Placed 39th at the CCAA Championships (Nov. 5) with a 6k time of 23:44.4. 
  • Ran a season-best 6k time of 23:08.2 at the Cougar Challenge (Sept. 24) for 56th place. 
  • Took 72nd place at the NCAA West Regional (Nov. 19) with a 6k time of 22:46.6. 

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2022 DURING TRACK & FIELD
  • Competed in four indoor meets and nine outdoor meets.
  • Recorded the school's third-fastest indoor 800-meter time at the BU Last Chance (Feb. 27) with a time of 2:17.43.
  • Ran the program's fourth-fastest indoor 600-meter run at the GVSU Big Meet (Feb. 11) with a time of 1:41.53.
  • Posted the fifth-fastest indoor mile in team history at the Fastrack Last Chance (Feb. 25) as she finished in 5:13.18.
  • Had the school's seventh-fastest outdoor mile with a time of 5:36.70 at the OIDFE Challenge (Jan. 29).
  • Ran her fastest outdoor 5K at the Ross & Sharon Irwin Invitational (March 19) with a time of 18:08.22.
  • Recorded a season-best outdoor 1500 time of 4:42.20 in the prelims of the CCAA Track & Field Championships (May 5-7).
  • Ran her best outdoor 800 in the APU Last Chance (May 13-14) with a time of 2:16.62.

AS A REDSHIRT FRESHMAN IN 2021 DURING CROSS COUNTRY
  • Competed in five races. 
  • Made her collegiate debut at the Mark Covert Classic (Sept. 4) with a 5K time of 21:01.1 for 95th place. 
  • Ran a 5K personal-best time of 19:31.1 for 29th place at the Biola Invitational (Sept. 10). 
  • Placed 36th at the Cougar Challenge (Sept. 25) for 36th place. 
  • Took 31st place at the CCAA Cross Country Championships (Oct. 23) with a 6K time of 22:26.3.

PERSONAL
  • Born in Joshua Tree, California.
  • Daughter of Robert and Christina Mills.
  • Has a younger sister, Sara and a younger brother, Daniel.
  • Loves hiking, bouldering, camping, boating, swimming and anything that makes for a fun adventure. Also loves animals – playing and taking care of them.
  • Her mother lived in Sweden most of her life and she enjoys visiting her mormor (grandma) in Sweden every once in a while. Has also traveled to Costa Rica where she ziplined and white water rafted.
  • Loves helping anyone she can in the community. Assisted children with afterschool activities and keeping them active.
  • Also helped senior citizens with technology items.
  • Volunteered at an animal hospital, helping take care of animals.
  • Most memorable moments are running every morning wit the team. 
  • Loves most about CSUSM is the team atmosphere as well as the class sizes and the size of the campus. 
  • Majoring in Biology with a minor in Chemistry.
