AS A REDSHIRT SENIOR IN 2022 DURING TRACK & FIELD
  • Competed in nine meets.
  • Silvered in the 10K at the CCAA Track & Field Championships (May 5-7) with a time of 30:09.25.
  • Recorded the first sub-30-minute 10K time in program history at the Bob Larsen Distance Carnival (March 25) at 29.47.18 – third fastest in the CCAA, fourth fastest in the West Region and 38th fastest nationally.
  • Posted the fourth-best 3000-meter time in school history at the San Diego Collegiate Challenge (March 11) as he finished in 8:33.33.
  • Ran a career-best 1500-meter time of 4:00.80 at the San Diego Collegiate Challenge.
  • Ran his lone career mile race at the OIDFE Challenge and finished with a time of 4:20.58.

AS A SENIOR IN 2020 DURING TRACK & FIELD
  • Ran a career-best 1500-meter time of 4:07.11 and finished eighth at the San Diego Collegiate Challenge (March 7).
  • Ran a team- and career-best 3000-meter time of 8:43.25 while finishing seventh at the San Diego Collegiate Challenge (March 7).

AS A SENIOR IN 2019 DURING CROSS COUNTRY
  • Competed in seven races for CSUSM.
  • First runner in program history to win the CCAA Cross Country Championship (Oct. 26), with a time of 24:40.3.
  • Registered a personal-best 8k time of 24:12.8 at the Cougar Challenge (Sept. 13), finishing third.
  • Completed the NCAA Division II West Region Cross Country Championship (Nov. 9) 10k course with a personal-best time of 29:54.4, finishing first.
  • Placed 17th at the NCAA Division II Cross Country Championship (Nov. 23), with a time of 30:15.8. 

AS A JUNIOR IN 2019 DURING TRACK & FIELD
  • Participated in seven meets.
  • Competed in the 1500, 5000 and 10,000.
  • Ranks No. 3 in the CSUSM Men’s Track and Field All-Time Record book for his 10,000 time of 30:12.48.
  • Placed second with a PR time of 30:12.48 in the 10,000 at the CCAA Track & Field Championships (May 2-4).
  • Ran a PR in the 5000 with a time of 14:23.08 at the 2019 Oxy Invitational (May 11).
  • Ranks No. 2 in the CSUSM Men’s Track and Field All-Time Record book for his 5000 time of 14:23.08.

AS A JUNIOR IN 2018 DURING CROSS COUNTRY 
  • Competed in four races.
  • Notched a personal-best 6.2 mile time of 32:19.6 at the NCAA Division II West Region Championships (Nov. 17) to place 48th.
  • Finished in fourth place at the Cougar Challenge (Oct. 13) with an 8k mark of 25:50.6.
  • Crossed the CCAA Championship (Nov. 3) finish line 15th with an 8k time of 25:00.6.

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2018 DURING TRACK & FIELD
  • Competed in the 1500m, 3000m, 5000m and 10,000m
  • Placed fourth in the 10,000m with a time of 31:14.56 at the CCAA Championships (May 3-5)
  • Set a PR in the 150mm at 4:09.15 at the UCSD Triton Invitational (April 13-14)
  • Took fourth in the 3000m (8:53.71) at the Mangrum Invitational (Feb. 24)
  • Finished seventh in the 10,000m (31:11.71) at the Jim Bush/Bob Larsen Invitational (March 31)

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2017 DURING CROSS COUNTRY
  • CSUSM’s No. 1 runner in the four races competed in.
  • Placed 12th at the NCAA West Region Championships (Nov. 4) with a time of 30:25.9 (10K).
  • Ran a personal-best with a time of 24:38.3 to finish in eighth place at the CCAA Championships (Oct. 21).
  • Posted an 8000m time of 26:48.5 in the season-opening race, placing 10th at Kim Duyst Invitational (Sept. 1).
 
AS A FRESHMAN IN 2017 DURING TRACK & FIELD
  • All-CCAA in the 10,000m after finishing third at the California Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA) Championships (May 5) with a personal-best 30:47.12
  • Achieved the NCAA Division II provisional standard in the 10,000m
  • Qualified for CCAA Championships in the 5000m and 10,000m
  • Won the 10,000m at the Oxy Distance Carnival Spring Break Classic (March 10) with a time of 31:03.08
  • Finished fourth in the 3000m with a PR of 8:44.84 at the Aztec Invitational (March 24)
  • Ran a 5000m PR of 14:50.64 at the Bryan Clay Invitational (April 13)
  • Finished 13th in the 3000m at the Mangrum Invitational (Feb. 25) with a time of 8:51.49

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2016 DURING CROSS COUNTRY 
  • CCAA Freshman of the Year, the first-ever for CSUSM cross country.
  • Finished 17th at the California Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA) Cross Country Championships (Oct. 22) with an 8000m time of 25:19.7.
  • Placed second at the Cougar Challenge (Oct. 15) with an 8000m personal-best 25:17.0.
  • Ran a 6000m personal-best 19:23.1 to finish 16th overall at the Cal Poly Pomona CCAA Preview (Sept. 2).
  • Posted an 8000m time of 25:18.8 at the UC Riverside Invitational (Sept. 17) to finish 36th overall.
  • Finished 19th at the Mustang Challenge (Oct. 1) with a 4.8 mile mark of 25:57.3.
  • Four top 20 finishes.
  • Finished in the CSUSM top five in all five races competed.
