AS A REDSHIRT SOPHOMORE IN 2022 DURING TRACK & FIELD

Competed in three meets.
Recorded the sixth-fastest 3000-meter steeplechase time in program history at 11:40.62 in the CCAA Track & Field Championships (May 5-7).
Posted a 5K time of 19:07.35 at the Triton Invitational (April 8-9).
Ran a mile time of 6:00.19 at the OIDFE Challenge (Jan. 29).

AS A REDSHIRT JUNIOR IN 2021 DURING CROSS COUNTRY

Competed in six races.
Started the season strong with an eighth place finish at the Mark Covert Classic (Sept. 4) with a 5K time of 20:04.5.
Turned in a 5K season-best time of 19:09.8 for 19th place at the Biola Invitational (Sept. 10).
Placed 19th at the Cougar Challenge (Sept. 25) with a 6K time of 22:00.9.
Ran a 6K season-best time of 21:57.5 at the CCAA Cross Country Championships (Oct. 23) for 24th place.
Took 52nd place at the NCAA West Regional with a 6K time of 22:48.2.
