AS A JUNIOR IN 2019 DURING CROSS COUNTRY

Competed in six races.
Ran a personal-best 8k time of 25:07.3 at the Capital Cross Challenge (Sept. 28), finishing 68th.
Finished 22nd at the CCAA Cross Country Championship (Oct. 26) with a time of 25:56.2.
Registered a personal-best 10k time of 30:48.1 at the NCAA Division II West Region Cross Country Championship (Nov. 9), finishing 27th.
Clocked a time of 25:38.9 at the Biola Invitational on Sept. 7, earning a ninth place finish.

AS A REDSHIRT SOPHOMORE IN 2019 DURING TRACK & FIELD

Participated in nine meets for the Cougars.
Competed in the 1500, 3000 and 5000.
Finished sixth and PR’d in the 1500 (4:06.23) at the RCC Invitational (March 1).
Ran a PR and finished third in the 3000 (8:59.55) at the San Diego Collegiate Challenge (March 9).
Completed the 5000 with a PR time of 15:24.36 at the 2019 Triton Invitational (April 12-13).

Competed in six races.
Registered a personal-best 6.2 mile time of 32:51.2 at the NCAA Division II West Region Championships (Nov. 17) to place 76th.
Posted a career-best 8k time of 25:26.1 at the CCAA Championship (Nov. 3) to place 22nd.
Placed 24th at the Coyote Challenge (Sept. 22) with an 8k mark of 26:04.4.

Finished fifth in the 3000m at the Aztec Invitational (March 24) with a PR of 9:01.11.
Ran a 1500m personal-best of 4:12.55 at the California Collegiate Invitational (April 1).
Placed eighth in the 1500m with a time of 4:13.40 at the Mangrum Invitational (Feb. 25).
Set a 5000m PR of 15:55.91 at the Oxy Distance Carnival Spring Break Classic (March 10).

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2016 DURING CROSS COUNTRY

Finished 11th at the Cougar Challenge (Oct. 15) with an 8k personal-best 25:47.0.
Recorded an 8k mark of 26:48.6 at the CCAA Championships (Oct. 22).
Ran a 6k personal-best 19:46.6 to finish 28th at the Cal Poly Pomona CCAA Preview (Sept. 2).
Placed 22nd at the Coyote Challenge (Sept. 24) with an 8k time of 27:17.7.
Completed the UC Riverside Invitational (Sept. 17) with an 8k time of 26:19.0.
Posted a 4.8 mile time of 26:01.7 at the Mustang Challenge (Oct. 1) to finish 23rd overall.

Greatest influence is his sixth grade basketball coach Xavier McClinton.
Favorite movie is The Dark Knight.
Plans on majoring in Health Science.
Want to become a nurse after graduation.
Most memorable sports moment is winning the West Coast Catholic League 3 at Crystal Springs as a high school freshman.
