Competed in eight meets.
Posted distances of 14.28 meters and 15.35 meters in her first-ever discus and javelin throw events, respectively.
Ran a season-best 100-meter time of 13.61 at the PLNU Invitational.
Recorded her lone 200-meter time of 29.73 at the Ross & Sharon Irwin Invitational.

AS A JUNIOR IN 2020

Ran a season-best indoor 60-meter dash time of 8.09 at the GVSU Big Meet (Feb. 14).
Put up a time of 26.99 in the 200-meter dash at the San Diego Collegiate Challenge (March 7).
Season shortened due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2019

Had a season-best time of 12.43w (2.3) in the 100-meter dash at the Triton Invitational (April 12-13).
Her best non-wind-aided time of the season in the 100-meter dash occurred at the 41st Annual Aztec Open (March 21-22) as she posted a time of 12.52.
Tallied a time of 26.56w (2.6) in her lone 200-meter race of the season at the Ross & Sharon Irwtin Collegiate Scoring Meet (March 16).

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2018

Competed in the 100m and 200m.
Ran the fourth fastest time in CSUSM history in the 100m, crossing the line at 12.36 to finish sixth at the California Collegiate Open (March 31).
Recorded a PR of 26.22 in the 200m at the Ross and Sharon Irwin Invite (March 17).
Member of the 4x100m relay team (48.10) that finished fifth at the CCAA Championships (May 3-5).
Ran the first leg of the 4x100 relay that won in a time of 47.45 at the UCSD Triton Invitational (April 13-14).
Placed 17th in the 100m (12.36w) at the CCAA Championships (May 3-5).

Four-time All-Conference; All-City League 2014-16 and All-Eastern League 2017.
2015 City League MVP.
Two-time Team MVP (2015, 2017).
City League Champion in 100 & 200 in 2015 and 2016.
Eastern League Champion in 100 & 200 in 2017.

Anchored 4x100 with a time of 48.77.

Born in Ceiba, Puerto Rico.
Daughter of Maguel Brooks and Shamekia Watkins.
Has two younger sisters; Malaysia and Olivia.
Watching reality TV and enjoys hanging out with friends and family.
Most memorable moment was qualifying for the state championships her junior year in the 4x100.
Fluent in German since fourth grade.
Favorite movie is “White Chicks”.
Favorite athletes are Carmelita Jeter and Brittney Reese.
What she likes most about CSUSM are the people she's met, especially her teammates.
Majoring in Kinesiology.
Plans to work in occupational therapy after graduation.
