COURSE REPORT:  The No. 10/9 Cal State San Marcos women's golf team placed fourth with a 44-over 896 (293-296-307) at the Patriot Invitational hosted by Dallas Baptist on Tuesday at Poppy Hills Golf Club in Pebble Beach, California.

FIRST TEE

• Madison Murr moved up one spot to a share of third place despite shooting a 75 on Tuesday, finishing with a 4-over 217 (71-71-75).
• Breann Horn jumped up three spots to a share of sixth place after carding a 75 in the third round, concluding the tournament with a 7-over 220 (71-74-75).  
• Moving up seven spots, Makenna Cabardo tied for 23rd with a 17-over 230 (80-73-77).
• Caroline Wales wrapped up the tournament with an 18-over 231 (73-78-80) and tied for 25th place.
• Lauren Hickam shot a 24-over 237 and finished in 40th place.

INSIDE THE SCORECARD

• This was Murr's fifth time placing in the top 5 this season while Horn finished in the top 10 for the fourth time.
• The Cougars tallied a tournament-high 151 pars in the three rounds.  
• Horn had the best Par-4 scoring (4.04, +1) while Murr tied for second (4.07, +2).
• Dartmouth won the tournament by three strokes with the second-lowest score on Tuesday, a 22-over 306, to finish with a 34-over 886.
• Alli Kim of Point Loma was the individual medalist with an even-par 213, defeating second place Katherine Sung of Dartmouth by one stroke.
