Box Score 2 LANCASTER, Calif. – The Cal State San Marcos baseball team racked up 30 hits en route to a sweep over Antelope Valley with scores of 11-3 and 14-0.
CSUSM improves to 8-5 and UAV drops to 6-9.

Brandon Bentson went 5-for-8 with a triple while scoring three and driving in three runs. Senior

The Cougars are back in action on Saturday, Feb. 21 when they host Grace (Neb.) at 10 a.m. and Antelope Valley at 3:15 p.m.
Game 1Junior
L.A. Gamo lead off the game with a double and scored on Bentson's single to put CSUSM up 1-0 in the first inning.
CSUSM added another run in the fourth frame followed by three more runs in the fifth inning.
The Cougars scored six runs on five hits and four UAV errors in the eighth inning.
Sophomore
Addison Domingo collected his second win after six innings of work, giving up two runs on three hits. He struck out six batters and walked two.
Game 2Junior
Jon Putnam went 3-for-3 and drove in three runs as the Cougars offense exploded in the nightcap.
CSUSM put together a nine-run fifth inning behind six hits and one UAV error.
Junior
Emilio Esquibel tossed five shutout innings for the win, allowing just three hits and struck out three.
