SAN MARCOS, Calif. – The Cal State San Marcos women's basketball team is powering up the pink for its Monday, Feb. 17 game against South Dakota School of Mines & Technology at 7:30 p.m. at MiraCosta College.

The team will be wearing pink accessories to their uniforms and is encouraging fans to do the same.

The Cougars have been staunch supporters of breast cancer awareness over the program's three-year history. They have participated in the American Cancer Society's Making Strides against Breast Cancer walk for three years in a row.

Donations will be taken at the entrance of Monday's game.
