Final Results

LA JOLLA, Calif. - The Cal State San Marcos women's golf team placed fifth at the PLNU Fall Preview on Tuesday at Torrey Pines North Golf Course.

Alyssa Waite led the Cougars with a 3-over 77 and finished tied for 10th at 11-over 159. Lisa Copeland went 80-80 and finished a stroke back at 12-over. Taylor Coover posted 82 after a first-round 79 and was 13-over for the tournament.

Christina Truijillo rounded out Tuesday's scoring an 80.

The Cougars improved their first round total by seven strokes with a 23-over 319. Paired with their first-round 526, CSUSM finished the week at 53-over 645

Cal Baptist took home the tournament title by 11 strokes over Dallas Baptist. The Lancers shot 297 on the final day to finish at 18-over.
