The Cal State San Marcos Women's Basketball team finished their two-game road trip in Northern California with another victory, this one in dominant fashion, defeating Holy Names 87-46 Friday night.

For the second straight night, the Cougars held their opponent to under 30% shooting, as the Hawks managed to shoot only 22% against the stingy San Marcos defense. The Cougars played just as well on the other end of the floor, making nearly 55% of their shots. CSUSM held the edge in rebounds 46 to 38, and recorded 25 assists to Holy Names' 6.

Sarah Jackson had 15 points to lead all scorers, and Justine Chacon (14), Sidney Dobner (12), and Michel'la Logan (10) all scored in double-figures as well. Logan added 11 rebounds on the evening to give her a double-double, her third of the season. 

CSUSM (14-13) will get a well deserved rest before hosting La Sierra at home next Saturday, February 11th. A box score of tonight's game will be posted as soon as it is available.
