Hall of Fame
An extraordinary worker and even better person, Debbie Dale spent 31 years in the CSU system, coming to Cal State San Marcos when the campus opened in 1989. When the Athletics program was forming in the mid-90’s, she jumped on the chance to help build it, and at various (often overlapping) points served as the de facto Athletic Director, Academic Advisor, Counselor, Head Recruiter, and Business Manager. Debbie was the architect behind so much of what Athletics has come to be, and her love of our athletes and University will always resonate with those lucky enough to have met her.
