Cassie Damyanovich has been named the CSUSM Female Athlete of the Month for the month of January 2015. Damyanovich, a senior guard, was a major contributor as the Cougars rolled to a 5-2 record in January. She shot 51-percent from the field and 53-percent from beyond the arc. Against Menlo (Jan. 10) and Northern New Mexico (Jan. 24), she scored 22 points, including six treys, in each contest.
