Angel Mora of the men's soccer team has been named the CSUSM Male Student-Athlete of the Month for the month of September 2014. Mora, a senior from Lake Elsinore, recorded six assists in eight matches and helped the Cougars to five victories. He was named NAIA National Offensive Player of the Week on Sept. 23 after notching five assists in a three-game span between Sept. 17-21. He is currently ranked ninth in the NAIA for assists. He's had multiple assists in two of his last three games.
