AS A FRESHMAN IN 2019

In her first collegiate event at the 23rd Rossi Relays (Feb. 23), she posted the then-second-best javelin throw mark in program history at 37.71 meters.
She improved upon her javelin mark with a distance of 38.03 meters at the San Diego Collegiate Challenge (March 9) – the second-best mark in program history.
Placed fourth in the javelin throw at the CCAA Championships with a mark of 37.33 meters.

HIGH SCHOOL

2018 graduate of Central Kitsap High School in Silverdale, Washington.
Took third in the state for javelin during her junior and senior seasons.
Coaches by William Braun.
Also played basketball and soccer.
Was the basketball team MVP during her senior season and earned the Coach's Award all four seasons.
Was the 3-Point Shooting Champion at the All-Star Game and was named to the West Sound "Super Six" by the Kitsap Sun.
For soccer, she was named Most Improved during her sophomore season and was named an Honorable Mention by the Kitsap Sun.
Four-year letter winner for basketball and track and was a three-year letter winner for soccer.
Was named the Student-Athlete of the Year, a Distinguished Scholar, DECA president and earned the Navy Student-Athlete Award.
Member of the National Honor Society.
Graduated with a 3.8 grade-point average.

Hometown is Bremerton, Washington.
Born in Rapid City, South Dakota.
Daughter of Tracy and Jay Krog.
Has one older brother, Dawson.
Mom played volleyball for two seasons at Southwest Minnesota State, and her dad played football for one season at Northern State.
Enjoys boating, barefooting, wakeboarding, hiking, baking, shopping and basketball.
Favorite films are the Taken trilogy.
Enjoys eating doughnuts.
Her greatest influence is her parents.
Roots for the Seattle Seahawks.
Going on an African safari is her dream vacation.
Enjoys volunteering in her community.
Majoring in Biology.
