AS A SENIOR IN 2016: Appeared in 16 games, including 13 starts … Finished the season with a 4-5 record and a 6.72 earned run average … Tallied a team-best 60 strikeouts … Set a new CSUSM season record with 26 strikeouts looking … Took on the role of CSUSM’s Friday starter after tossing seven shutout innings, allowing only two hits and fanning six batters, for the win at Cal San Bernardino (March 4) … Struck out a career-best nine batters against Cal State Monterey Bay (April 30)  … Collected the win after going seven innings at Cal State Dominguez Hills (March 18).
 
AS A JUNIOR IN 2015: Made 32 appearances, 31 in relief and one start, tied him for the highest total on CSUSM … Was 4-2 with a 5.53 ERA … Over 42.1 innings, the righty totaled 48 strikeouts and gave up 23 walks … Started CSUSM’s third game of the A.I.I. Conference Championships against then-No. 1 Georgia Gwinnett (May 4) and earned the win after tallying six strikeouts in 4.0 innings on the hill … Recorded a season-high seven strikeouts in 2.2 innings of action against Biola (April 14), but took the loss after yielding five runs (four earned) … Delivered three shutout inning to earn the win against San Diego Christian (March 10).
 
AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2014 AT LONG BEACH CITY COLLEGE: All-SCC first team selection … Made 21 appearances for the Vikings, including one start … Worked 51.0 innings, striking out 34 … Finished with a 2-2 record … Collected his first win after four scoreless innings, giving up only one hit and striking out seven in a 1-0 victory over El Camino College Compton … Improved to 2-1 with a 8.9 innings of work against East Los Angeles, giving up just one run while striking out three batters.
 
AS A FRESHMAN IN 2013 AT IRVINE VALLEY COLLEGE: Appeared in seven games as a pitcher … had six at-bats as a pinch hitter … got his first collegiate hit against Southwestern (Feb. 12) … Collected a hit and a run against Cypress (April 11).
 
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2012 graduate of Woodbridge High School … All-Pacific Coast League first team and All-City first team selection … also played football.
