COURSE REPORT:Â The No. 17/12 Cal State San Marcos men's golf team stormed up the leaderboard to capture the program's first CCAA Championship victory after firing a third-round low 2-under 286 to finish with a 10-under 854.

FIRST TEE
- Matt Pennington finished in the top 10 with a share of eighth place after posting a three-round 3-under 213 (67-72-74) total.
- Cutter Ayres, Matthew Moss, Greg Mouser and Jason McElroy finished in a six-way tie with Andy Yoon of Cal State Dominguez Hills and Simon Bjorken of Cal State Monterey Bay after carding a 1-over 217.
- Moss posted a 2-under 70 in the final round while McElroy and Ayres both turned in a 1-over 71.
