FULLERTON, Calif. – The Cal State San Marcos women's track & field team saw one new top-10 program mark at Cal State Fullerton's Ben Brown Invite on Friday and Saturday at the Titan Track Complex.
 
TOP PERFORMANCES

• Taylor Cartwright had the 10th-best high jump mark in program history at 1.51 meters.
• Luz Mercado was CSUSM's top runner in the 5K with a personal-best time of 17:58.49.
• Lauren Meredith posted a time of 16.08 in the 100-meter hurdles and later had a 400-meter hurdles time of 1:14.07.
• Mia Salinas took 10th out of 43 runners in the 400-meter run at 58.10.
• Kailey Frye was the top Cougar in the 100-meter dash at 12.75.
• In the 200-meter dash, Rasha Badrani finished 14th out of 48 entrants with a time of 25.72.
• CSUSM finished eighth with a time of 49.22 in the 4x100-meter relay.
