AZUSA, Calif. – The Cal State San Marcos men's track & field team saw an NCAA provisional time in its final regular-season meet on Friday and Saturday at Azusa Pacific.
 
TOP PERFORMANCES

• Trevor Boaz tallied the second-best 1500-meter time in program history with an NCAA provisional time of 3:46.11.
• Nick Melanese finished 11th out of 57 entrants in the 800-meter run with the second-fastest time in team history and an NCAA provisional at 1:51.28.
• Joshua Litwiller took 16th out of 81 competitors in the 5K with a time of 14:33.70.
• Jonathan Burton took sixth out of 13 in the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 54.55.

CSUSM will now wait to see if any of its student-athletes are selected for the NCAA Division II Outdoor Track & Field Championships taking place in Allendale, Michigan, on May 26-28.
