It's an exciting time to be a part of Cal State San Marcos Athletics! Come support our red-hot baseball team as they host Vanguard in a doubleheader Saturday, February 25th starting at 11 AM. The Cougars (9-2) are averaging 8.8 runs per game, and are 1st in the NAIA with nearly 1.5 homeruns a game. Their two losses have each been by just one run, and they have outscored their opponents 97-42 on the season.

That evening, the equally hot Men's Basketball Team will play their final home game of 2012, and will be honoring the senior's before the game as part of Senior Night! The Cougars have won 12 of their last 15 games, and are a threat to go deep into the postseason as they have twice knocked off the #2 team in the country this season.  Tip-off is at 7:30, but please arrive early if you want to participate in the pre-game festivities.

Elsewhere on Saturday, the CSUSM Women's Basketball Team will be in South Dakota competing against #2 seed Indiana Northwest as part of the 2012 State Farm A.I.I. Conference Championships. If they win their game Saturday at 11:00, they will advance to the final and earn an automatic berth to the NAIA National Championships in Sioux Falls, Iowa.
