Coming off impressive exhibition victories over NCAA Division II opponents Chico State and #14 ranked Grand Canyon University, the Cougars are back home, hungry, and anxiously awaiting to introduce themselves to the San Diego region.
The first year program will be looking for its first official win this weekend, and will face a tough test in the University of San Diego Toreros, a strong NCAA Division I opponent. Much like the CSUSM's men's team, who played San Diego State tight until the final whistle, these ladies are out to prove they can play with anybody, even the big dogs. The game will take place Friday, November 11
th at 7:00pm, and tickets can be purchased online through USD's athletic website, or at the Jenny Craig Pavillion's box office on game day.
On Saturday night, the Cougars will be ready to roar as they host their first-ever home game against The Masters College at 7:30pm. The game will be held at Mira Costa College in Oceanside, and tickets can be purchased at the door. Admission is free for students with Campus ID, so come support the Cougars as they make their home debut, and be a part of CSUSM history.
