Box Score In its first-ever season of competition, Cal State San Marcos volleyball will compete for the A.I.I. Conference Championship and an automatic bid to the NAIA National Championship tonight, thanks to a three set victory over Mayville State this afternoon.
The Cougars improve to 28-7 on the season and 3-0 at the A.I.I. Conference Championship in Phoenix.
#2-seed CSUSM will take on the winner of top seed La Sierra vs. #3 seed Jamestown at 8:00 PM tonight.
The Cougars dominated the semifinal, winning 25-16, 25-20, and 25-16.
Taylor DeGraaf had a game-high 14 kills, while
Erin Talafus had an excellent match, hitting .412 and recording 9 kills.

Teanna Robinson tied for the team lead with 8 digs.
CSUSM's defense smothered Mayville's offense, holding them to a .06 hitting percentage as a team.
