AS A GRADUATE STUDENT IN 2019 DURING CROSS COUNTRY

Competed in two races.
Clocked a time of 26:27.8 at the Biola Invitational (Sept. 7), finishing in the 40th slot.
Registered a personal-best 8k time of 25:01.2 at the Cougar Challenge (Sept.13), placing 17th.

AS AN UNDERGRADUATE STUDENT FROM 2016 TO 2019 AT UCLA

Did not compete for the Bruins.

Son of Tom and Sylvia Lopez.
Has one older brother, Mychal, and one older sister, Emily.
Father played baseball at Linfield College from 1973 to 1977, and his sister ran cross country and track at UC Santa Barbara from 2013 to 2017.
Wants to get into sports analytics after graduating.
Avid sports fan and reader on the life of Abraham Lincoln.
His parents are his greatest influence.
Favorite movie is Forrest Gump.
Roots for the Golden State Warriors, the San Francisco Giants, the San Francisco 49ers, FC Barcelona and the U.S. Men's National Soccer Team.

Most memorable moment is clinching the men's league title against El Capitan High School his sophomore year of high school.
