  • Took 93rd place at the NCAA West Regionals (Nov. 4) with a 10K time of 33:16.3.

  • Recorded the second-fastest 1500 in program history with a time of 3:45.64 at the APU Last Chance (May 12-13).

AS A REDSHIRT JUNIOR IN 2022 DURING CROSS COUNTRY
  • Competed in five races.
  • Placed 16th at the CCAA Championships (Nov. 5) with an 8k time of 25:30.4. 
  • Ran a 8K career-best time of 25:17 at the Lewis Crossover (Oct. 8) for 71st place. 
  • Broke his 10k personal-best time with a 31:39.3 at the NCAA West Regional for 47th place. 

AS A REDSHIRT FRESHMAN IN 2022 DURING TRACK & FIELD
  • Competed in 12 meets.
  • Broke the school record in the mile at the Bob Larsen Distance Carnival (March 25) with a time of 4:04.97.
  • Helped break the school DMR record at the Rossi Relays (Feb. 26) with a time of 10:02.75.
  • Tallied the third-best 800-meter run time in program history at the Bryan Clay Invitational (April 13-15) with a time of 1:51.71 – fourth best in the CCAA and 13th best in the West Region.
  • Posted the second-fastest 1500-meter run time in team history at the APU Last Chance (May 13-14) with an NCAA provisional time of 3:46.11 – third best in the CCAA, eighth best in the West Region and 30th nationally.
  • 5K time of 14:30.63 at the Ross & Sharon Irwin Invitational (March 19) was the fifth fastest in program history, seventh fastest in the CCAA and 16th fastest in the West Region.
  • Recorded his lone 3000-meter run time at the OIDFE Challenge (Jan. 29) as he finished in 8:41.89.

AS A REDSHIRT SOPHOMORE IN 2021 DURING CROSS COUNTRY
  • Competed in six races.
  • Took 10th place at the Mark Covert Classic (Sept. 4) with an 8K time of 27:11.1. 
  • Ran a 8K season-best time of 25:58 at the Cougar Challenge (Sept. 25) for 56th place. 
  • Clocked a 10k personal-best time of 32:18.4 at the NCAA West Regional for 53rd place.

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2020 DURING TRACK & FIELD
  • Placed eighth in the 3,000-meter run at the Mangrum Preview (Feb. 8) with a time of 9:18.96.
  • Helped his DMR squad post the sixth-fastest time in program history at the Mangrum Preview with a time of 10:27.01 while finishing third.
  • Season shortened due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2019 DURING CROSS COUNTRY
  • Competed in all seven races.
  • Ran a personal-best 8k time of 25:51.3 at the Cougar Challenge (Sept. 13), placing 28th. 
  • Completed the CCAA Cross Country Championship (Oct. 26) 8k course 74th with a time of 28:10.1.
  • Clocked a personal-best 10k time of 33:16.1 at the NCAA Division II West Region Cross Country Championship (Nov.9), taking the 145th slot. 
  • Competed in the NCAA Division II Cross Country Championship (Nov. 23), running the 10k course with a time of 34:08.6 (247th).
