AS A JUNIOR IN 2025 DURING TRACK & FIELD

Competed in three meets.
Ran a season-best 1500-meter time of 3:50.31 at Mangrum Invitational (March 28).
Posted his lone 800-meter time of the season at the RCC Invitational (Feb. 28) in 1:58.38.

AS A JUNIOR IN 2024 DURING CROSS COUNTRY

Ran in five races.
Clocked an 8K PR time of 24:32.0 at the Cougar Challenge (Sept. 28) for 11th place.
Placed 17th at the CCAA Championships (Oct. 25) with an 8K time of 24:47.9.
Took 36th place at the NCAA Division II West Regionals with a 6.2M time of 31:43.8.

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2022 AT SAN DIEGO MESA DURING CROSS COUNTRY

All-Pacific Coast Athletic Conference.
All-SoCal Region.
Took 17th at CCCAA State Championships (Nov. 19) with a time of 20:42.1.

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2021 AT SAN DIEGO MESA DURING CROSS COUNTRY

All-Pacific Coast Athletic Conference.
All-SoCal Region
Placed sixth at the PCAC Cross Country Championships (Oct. 22) with a 4-mile time of 20:49.2.
Took 14th place at the 2021 SoCal Regional Championships (Nov. 5) with a 4-mile time of 20:22.1.

HIGH SCHOOL

A 2021 graduate of Holtville High School in Holtville, California.
Three-Time Imperial Valley League Individual Champion in cross country (2018, 2019, 2020).
Led team to a 2017 CIF Team Runner-up Title.
Three-Time IVL Champion in 800m, 1600m and 3200m in 2021.
CSF member.
Also competed in soccer and boxing.

PERSONAL

Son of Julio Cesar Jimenez and Betty Solorio.
Has a younger brother, Gael and a younger sister, Mildred Alia.
Enjoys boxing, reading, physiological thriller movies and chess.
Favorite movies: The Godfather, Avengers Infinity War, Baby Driver.
Greatest influence is David Goggins.
Roots for Las Chivas De Gualadajara
Favorite athletes are Julio Cesar Chavez (boxer), Dionicio Ceron (Mexican Marathon Record Holder), Cole Hocker (American Distance runner) and Muhammed Ali.
Favorite CSUSM memories are traveling with his team to different states that he has never been before.
Likes most about CSUSM is the close knit community adn its location in Southern California.
Most memorable moment was winning team state championship while at San Diego Mesa in 2021.
Plans on joining the California Highway Patrol and explore the fire academy.
