• Notched 39th place at the CCAA Championships (Oct. 25) with an 8K time of 25:51.2. 
• Clocked a 6.2M time of 33:11.4 at the NCAA Division II West Regional (Nov. 9) for 102nd place. 

• Competed in nine meets.
• Won the CCAA Championship in the 800-meter with a time of 1:54.79.
• Posted the third-fastest 800-meter run in program history at 1:51.18 at the Franson Last Chance (May 9-11).
• Set a PR in the 1500-meter run at the Mangrum Invitational (March 22) with a time of 3:53.09.
• Had a 5000-meter PR of 14:55.03 at the Ben Brown Invitational (March 8-9).

• Ran in six races. 
• Ran an 8K PR 25:03.4 for 91st place at the 42nd Annual UCR Invitational (Sept. 16). 
• Clocked a 10K PR time of 32:20.8 for 59th place at the NCAA West Regionals (Nov. 4). 

• Competed in eight meets.
• Recorded the 10th-fastest 800-meter time in program history at the CCAA Championships (May 4-6).
• Ran the seventh-fastest mile in team history with a time of 4:13.18 at the Steve Scott Invitational (April 28-29).
• Posted a season-best 1500-meter time of 3:58.44 at the Bryan Clay Invitational (April 13-15).

• Ran in six races. 
• Clocked in best 8k time of 26:25.4 in his collegiate debut at the Mark Covert Classic (Sept. 3). 
• Took 48th place at the CCAA Championships (Nov. 5) with a time of 26:46.2. 
• Placed 98th at the NCAA West Regional (Nov. 19) with a 10k time of 33:02.7. 

• A 2022 graduate of Pleasant Valley High School in Chico, California.
• Ran for Coach Ryan Teesdale and Vince Phipps.
