  • Had a season-best 3000-meter steeplechase time of 9:53.41 at the Leopard Distance Carnival (April 12-13).
  • Ran 15:47.03 in his lone 5000-meter race at the Oxy Distance Carnival (March 9).

AS A REDSHIRT SENIOR IN 2023 DURING CROSS COUNTRY
  • Competed in two races. 
  • Placed 79th with an 8K time of 26:38.7 at Mark Covert Classic (Sept. 2). 
  • Took 112th at the Cougar Challenge (Sept. 23) with an 8K time of 27:09.3.

AS A REDSHIRT FRESHMAN IN 2022 DURING TRACK & FIELD
  • Competed in nine meets.
  • Fastest steeplechase time of the season came at the Triton Invitational (April 8-9) as he finished in 9:51.10.
  • Ran his fastest 5K of the year in 15:38.84 at the APU Last Chance (May 13-14).
  • Posted a season-best 4:08.80 in the 1500-meter run at the PLNU Collegiate Invitational (March 26).
  • Recorded an 800-meter time of 2:02.05 in his lone 800 of the year at the PLNU Collegiate Invitational.
  • Tallied his fastest 3000-meter run of 9:03.51 at the Rossi Relays (Feb. 26).
  • Ran 4:37.64 in his only mile race of the season at the OIDFE Challenge (Jan. 29).
