  • Ran the ninth-fastest 3000-meter steeplechase time in program history at 11:55.96 at the RCC Invitational (March 6).
  • Helped run the fifth-best DMR in program history at 12:23.12 at the Mangrum Preview (Feb. 8).
  • Part of the team that ran the eighth-fastest DMR in school history at 12:41.00 at the Rossi Relays (Feb. 22).
  • Ran a 1500-meter time of 4:48.87 at the San Diego Collegiate Challenge (March 7).

AS A JUNIOR IN 2019 DURING CROSS COUNTRY
  • Competed in two races.
  • Ran a 6K personal-best time of 24:02.0 at the CCAA Championships, placing 53rd.
  • Took 30th (24:17.8) in the UC San Diego Triton Classic (Oct. 12).

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2018 DURING TRACK & FIELD AT CAL LUTHERAN
  • Competed in the 1500m, the 3000m and the 3000m steeplechase for the Regals.
  • Recorded two personal bests in the 3000m (11:06.16) and the 3000m steeplechase (11:54.42).
  • Took eighth place in the 3000m steeplechase at SCIAC Championships (12:14.65).
  • Moved up to third all time in CLU history for the 3000m steeplechase. 

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2017 DURING CROSS COUNTRY AT CAL LUTHERAN
  • Raced in four meets as a sophomore for the Regals.
  • Recorded her best finish at the SCIAC Championships (52nd) with a 6K time of 26:14.63 and finished second amongst the team.
  • Notched her best 6K time at the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational two weeks prior with a time of 25:15.12, also finishing second amongst the Regals.

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2017 DURING TRACK & FIELD AT CAL LUTHERAN
  • Garnered team-bests in the 1500m (4:56.80), 3000m steeplechase (12:14.11) and the 5000m (19:11.69) in her debut for the Regals.
  • Placed sixth in the 1500m (5:00.53) and ninth in the 3000m steeplechase (12:14.11) at SCIAC Championships.
  • Concluded her 2017 effort with a four-second PR in the 1500m (4:56.80) at the Oxy Invitational.

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2016 DURING CROSS COUNTRY AT CAL LUTHERAN
  • Ran the fastest 6K time of the season with a time of 24:04.48 at the Pomona-Pitzer Invite (Oct.15).
  • Competed at NCAA DIII West Regionals as a freshman and finished the 6K with a time of 25:48.50 (Nov. 12).
  • Ran her fastest 5K at the UC Riverside Invitational with a time of 19:58.52.

HIGH SCHOOL
  • 2016 graduate of Cathedral Catholic High School in San Diego, California.
  • Ran under head coach Dan Geiger.
  • Earned four varsity letters for both cross country and track & field.
  • Cross country team placed second in state in 2012.
