  • Ran the eighth-fastest 1500-meter time in program history at 3:50.03 at the CCAA Track & Field Championships (May 5-7).
  • Posted a PR in the 5K at the APU Last Chance (May 13-14) with a time of 14:47.18.
  • Ran his first mile race at the Bob Larsen Distance Carnival (March 25) and recorded a time of 4:09.94.
  • Recorded a season-best 800-meter time of 1:56.05 at the Triton Invitational (April 8-9).

AS A REDSHIRT SENIOR IN 2021 DURING CROSS COUNTRY
  • Competed in seven races.
  • Finished in the top 5 in five of races. 
  • Placed eighth at the Mark Covert Classic (Sept. 4) with an 8K time of 25:08.5. 
  • Recorded the fastest time among collegiate runners at the Biola Invitational (Sept. 10) with an 8K time of 24:47.9. 
  • Became the 10th CSUSM men's runner to win the Cougar Challenge (Sept. 24), finishing with an 8K time of 24:32.4.
  • Took third out of 233 runners at the Lewis Crossover (Oct. 9) with an 8K time of 24:35.8. 
  • Placed third at the CCAA Cross Country Championships (Oct. 23) with an 8K time of 24:49.2. 
  • Was the 2021 NCAA West Regional Runner-Up with a 10K time of 30:55.2. 
  • Ran a 10K time of 32:44.7 to take 116th place at the 2021 NCAA National Championships (Nov. 20).

  • Competed in seven races.
  • Recorded a personal-best 8k time of 24:22.5 at the Cougar Challenge (Sept. 13), finishing fifth. 
  • Completed the Biola Invitational (Sept. 7) with a time of 25:41.4, placing 10th.
  • Registered a personal-best 10k time of 30:31.4 (16th) at the NCAA Division II West Region Cross Country Championship (Nov. 9).
  • Placed 12th at the CCAA Cross Country Championship (Oct. 26) with a time of 25:18.2.

AS A REDSHIRT SOPHOMORE IN 2019 DURING TRACK & FIELD
  • Participated in eight meets for the Cougars.
  • Competed in the 800, 1500, 3000 and 5000.
  • Finished second in the 800 with a PR time of 1:55.02 at the 2019 San Diego Collegiate Challenge (March 9).
  • Clocked a PR in the 5000 with a time of 16:16.06 at the 2019 Triton Invitational (April 12-13).
  • Finished eighth with a PR time of 3:55.96 in the 1500 at the CCAA Track & Field Championships (May 2-4).

AS A REDSHIRT SOPHOMORE IN 2018 DURING CROSS COUNTRY
  • Competed in seven races for the Cougars.
  • Recorded a personal-best 6.2 mile time of 31:44.0 at the NCAA Division II West Region Championships (Nov. 17) placing 24th.
  • Placed eighth at the Coyote Challenge (Sept. 22) with an 8k mark of 25:27.3.
  • Registered an 8k mark of 25:09.6 at the CCAA Championships (Nov. 3) to place 17th.

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2018 DURING TRACK & FIELD
  • Did not compete in any events.
 
AS A REDSHIRT FRESHMAN IN 2017 DURING CROSS COUNTRY
  • Competed in five races.
  • Ran a season-best 25:04.2 in the 8K for 14th place at the CCAA Championships (Oct. 21).
  • Placed fourth with a time of 25:51.4 in the 4.8 mile at the Mustang Challenge (Sept. 30).
  • Took sixth at the Cougar Challenge (Oct. 7) in a time of 26:06.4 in the 8K.
  • CSUSM’s No. 2 runner at the NCAA West Region Championships (Nov. 4), finishing 26th with a time of 30:59.4 in the 10K.

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2017 DURING TRACK & FIELD
  • Ran the eighth-fastest 1500m at the California Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA) Championships (May 6) with a personal-best of 3:57.49
  • Posted the ninth-fastest 800m prelim time with a mark of 1:56.54 at the CCAA Championships (May 5)
  • Competed in the 800m, 1500m and 4x400m
  • Finished second in the 800m at the Mangrum Invitational (Feb. 25) with a time of 1:58.87
  • Placed second in the 1500m with a time of 3:58.19 at the Aztec Invitational (March 24)
  • Ran a 800m PR of 1:56.13 at the Bryan Clay Invitational (April 14)
  • Finished eighth in the 1500m at the Ross and Sharon Irwin Collegiate Scoring Invitational (March 18) with a time of 3:59.22
