  • Ran in four races
  • Turned in a season-best time of 20:59.4 in the 5K at the UCR Invitational (Sept. 16) to finish 163rd
  • Placed 47th with a time of 21:12.2 at the Cougar Challenge (Oct. 7)

  • A 2017 graduate of El Camino High School in Oceanside, Calif.
  • Two-time All-Avocado League first team selection
  • 2016 & 2017 Captain
  • All-CIF Division I San Diego Section second team honoree

  • Daughter of Mark Shelgosh (Jessica) and Chrstine Belcher (Mark)
  • Has five siblings: Kristina, Justin, Kendyl, Kinley and Joey
  • Enjoys hiking, backpacking and adventuring in the wilderness
  • Favorite movie is  "Finding Nemo"
  • Greatest influence is her high school cross country coach
  • Favorite athletes are Brenda Martinez and Emma Coburn
  • Most memorable moment was seeing her coach's face when it was announced that the team had won the CIF Division I San Diego Section Title in 2015 for the first time in 15-plus years
  • Also placed 11th overall with five of El Camino's girls finishing in the top 18
  • Plans on majoring in Kinesiology
  • Intends on becoming a physical therapist or P.E. instructor
