HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from El Capitan High School in 2012… Grossmount Valley Champion in 110m hurdles, 300m hurdles, high jump and 4x400m relay his senior year... Two-time Grossmount Valley League Champions in track and cross country… PRs: 110 hurdles – 15.67; 300m hurdles – 39.68; high jump – 6’1; 4x400m relay – 3:19.90 (school record).
PERSONAL: Son of George and Tina Maize… Has a younger sister, Melissa … His grandfather, Wendell, ran for San Diego State… Majoring in Kinesiology… Plans on becoming a chiropractor.
