SAN MARCOS, Calif. – Paige Donnelly of the Cal State San Marcos softball team was named to the 2023 Division II Conference Commissioners Association (D2CCA) All-West Region Softball Team as she took second-team honors on Monday.
 
This is Donnelly's second time being named to the All-West Regional Team as she earned first-team honors in 2022.
 
This year, Donnelly is leading CSUSM with a .357 batting average, a 1.084 OPS, 50 hits, 11 doubles, eight home runs, 36 RBIs, 85 total bases, a .607 slugging percentage, and a .477 on-base percentage.
 
So far this postseason, Donnelly has been awarded NFCA All-West Region second-team honors as well as All-CCAA second-team honors.
 
Donnelly and the rest of the Cougars will make their second consecutive NCAA West Super Regional appearance on Thursday and Friday at Concordia University Irvine.
