- Running among 150 runners, Melanese improved on his 2021 finish where he took 30th place.
- Trevor Boaz collected 47th place with a time of 31:39.3.
- Ruben Piña ran a time of 32:03.4 for 59th place.
- Running in their first regional, Matt Frey took 80th (32:31.7) and he was followed by Renton McGregor (98th, 33:02.7), Jimmy Byland (102nd, 33:13.2) and Sankalp Shastri (137th, 35:01.2).

"Fighting hard in very tough conditions, both teams return many runners who gained some valuable racing experience. Carly and Nick had the best cross country races of their careers! I am very proud of the way they approached the race and ran tough."
