HAYWARD, Calif. – In heavy rain and wind, the Cal State San Marcos women's soccer team battled to a 0-0 draw against Cal State East Bay on Sunday afternoon at Pioneer Stadium.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- A foul in the box allowed CSUSM to attempt a penalty kick in the 13th minute of action, but Ashley Roskelly's shot to the right side was saved on a diving play by the CSUEB keeper.
- The first half ended with no score as CSUEB held a 6-3 shot advantage with three shots on goal.
- The two sides remained in a dead heat in the second half with the Pioneers putting up five shots to the Cougars' four.
- In the first overtime period, the Cougars were held to just one shot while the Pioneers put up eight to go along with four corner kicks.
- The second and final overtime period ended with both squads putting up one shot each with none on goal.
