TURLOCK, Calif. – The Cal State San Marcos men's basketball team saw its three-game winning streak snapped as it fell 66-53 to Stanislaus State in California Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA) play on Saturday night at Ed & Bertha Fitzpatrick Arena.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Down 4-2 in the first half, CSUSM's lone lead of the game came after Brown made a three to put the Cougars up 5-4 with 17:12 to go.
- The Cougars trailed the Warriors 36-23 at halftime.
- Stan State shot 42.4% (14-of-33) from the field in the first 20 minutes while holding CSUSM to 32% (8-of-25).
- The Cougars committed 10 turnovers in the first half while the Warriors had five.
- Stan State had a minimum lead of seven points and a maximum lead of 15 points in all of the second half.
- Both teams scored 30 points in the final period as CSUSM shot 36.7% (11-of-30) from the field while Stan State came in at 30.6% (11-of-36).
