HOUGHTS FROM CSUSM HEAD COACH RON PULVERS
"I thought we played really well. We battled hard with a pretty banged up group. We certainly had our chances to win the game, but we had a defensive mishap that led to the goal. I'm really proud of the guys. They carried out our game plan nearly to perfection. There were a lot of positives to build on and move forward with, and I feel really good about the group heading into the CCAA opener on Friday."

UP NEXT
CSUSM will now begin California Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA) play by heading up to Cal State Monterey Bay. Kickoff is set for Friday at 7 p.m. in Seaside.
