CARSON, Calif. – The Cal State San Marcos softball team wrapped up its 2019 season with a 2-0 victory to earn a California Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA) series split with Cal State Dominguez Hills on Saturday afternoon at Toro Diamond. The Cougars dropped the first game of Saturday's doubleheader by a score of 5-4.

- Back-to-back walks to begin the fourth set up Scardina for an RBI double to put CSUSM up 1-0.
- The Toros tallied five runs in the fourth, highlighted by a Rachael Sandoval two-run homer.
- Pinch runner Kymmie Woken scored on a fielder's choice in the sixth to make it 5-2 CSUDH.
- CSUSM cut the Toros' lead to 5-4 on a two-run homer by Forstie in the top of the seventh.
