THOUGHTS FROM CSUSM HEAD COACH RENEE JIMENEZ
"This is a statement win for our team. MSUM is and is traditionally on eof the best team in the country and I think it says a lot about the trajectory of our program and how hard these kids have worked to get here. We weren't as fluid offensively as we had hoped to be, but the best thing about this team is their commitment to defense and knowing we can always fall back to that when we aren't making shots."
