SAN MARCOS, Calif. – The Cal State San Marcos women's basketball team dropped a 65-52 California Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA) decision to Cal State Dominguez Hills on Saturday at The Sports Center. Seniors

Stephanie Somers were honored prior to the contest, as they played in their final collegiate basketball game.
Cruz tallied her third double-double of the season with 10 points and 10 rebounds in the contest. Camp finished with a team-high 13 points and three assists. Somers and sophomore
Stephanie Custodio each tallied seven points in the game.
The Cougars took a 29-27 lead into the halftime break, but a 20-0 Toro run to begin the third quarter gave CSUDH a 51-35 lead entering the final quarter.
CSUSM were outrebounded 52-39 including 18-10 on the offensive boards.
CSUDH's Nautica Morrow finished the night with 25 points and 11 rebounds.
The Cougars end their 2017-18 campaign with an 8-18 overall record and 8-14 CCAA record.
