Cougars Settle for 0-0 Tie Against CSUDH

SAN MARCOS, Calif. – For the second time this season, the Cal State San Marcos women's soccer team had to settle for a 0-0 draw, this time at the hands of Cal State Dominguez Hills on Friday at The Cage.

HOW IT HAPPENED
  • CSUSM's best scoring chance came in the 89th minute on a direct kick by Madyson Brown inside the circle that went wide.
  • Brown's second chance came in the 96th minute on a direct kick off center just outside the penalty box that went straight to the DH keeper.
 
QUICK KICKS
  • CSUSM moves to 6-5-3 (5-2-2 CCAA) on the season while the Toros are now 2-9-3 (1-6-2 CCAA)
  • The Cougars held a 5-1 shot advantage in the first half, finishing at 9-6 with CSUSM on top.
