The Run Down vs. Southern Nazarene
· CSUSM and Southern Nazarene have never met.
· The Crimson Storm compete in the Great American Conference (GAC), a NCAA Division II conference which features 12 schools in Oklahoma and Arkansas.
· SNU opened the season with a 3-1 home loss to Central Oklahoma.
· SNU was picked to finish fourth in the GAC.

The Run Down vs. Cal Baptist
· The Cougars are 1-1 all-time against Cal Baptist.
· The Cougars defeated CBU 1-0 in the last meeting between the teams on Sept. 13, 2007 via a Lucia Asbury goal in the 44^th minute.
· CBU opened the season last week with a pair of losses to CCAA squads Chico State (L, 2-1 2OT) and Cal State Monterey Bay (L, 0-1).
· CBU was picked to finish fourth in the PacWest.

How the Cougars Fared Opening Week
· Meghan Randig's second-half goal forced a 1-1 draw at Concordia in the season opener on Sept 1.
· The Cougars battled to a scoreless draw on Saturday afternoon at home against Point Loma.
· CSUSM has never started the season with back-to-back ties in program history.
· The Cougars are one of seven unbeaten teams in the CCAA.

The Renneisen File
Head coach Bobby Renneisen enters his third year in charge of the women's program and 11^th overall at CSUSM. Between 2006-13, Renneisen was an assistant/associate head coach for both the men's and women's teams. As the women's head coach, Renneisen is 14-12-12 (.526) during his three years.
