SAN MARCOS, Calif. – Fresh off its first conference victory of the season, the Cal State San Marcos women's soccer team wraps up an eight-match home stand by hosting Humboldt State and No. 19 Sonoma State in California Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA) play on Friday and Sunday, respectively, in The Cage.

Cougar Notes
· Kayla Anderson's first goal as a Cougar – a penalty kick in the 49^th minute – lifted the Cougars to their first CCAA victory of the season, 1-0 over Chico State.
· The Cougars suffered their first loss of the season last week to No. 11 UC San Diego.
· CSUSM sits eighth in the CCAA standings with three points.

CSUSM vs. Humboldt State
· CSUSM is 0-0-1 all-time against Humboldt State
· The teams battled to a 0-0 (2 OT) draw in Arcata last season on Oct. 18.
· The Jacks have lost three straight since a 3-2 victory over Cal State San Bernardino on Sept. 16.
· HSU has surrendered the most goals (14) in the CCAA.

CSUSM vs. Sonoma State
· CSUSM is 0-1-0 all-time against SSU.
· The Cougars fell to the then-No. 11 Seawolves 4-0 in Rohnert Park on Oct. 16, 2015.
· The Seawolves have won six straight matches and sit on top of the CCAA standings with 12 points.
· SSU has scored the most goals of any CCAA team in conference play (8).

The Renneisen File
Head coach Bobby Renneisen enters his third year in charge of the women's program and 11^th overall at CSUSM. Between 2006-13, Renneisen was an assistant/associate head coach for both the men's and women's teams. As the women's head coach, Renneisen is 17-13-13 (.547) during his three years.
