SAN MARCOS, Calif. – The Cal State San Marcos Department of Athletics is excited to announce that season tickets for the 2016 women's volleyball season are now on sale. Fans can purchase season tickets online, or call 760-750-7102 Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. 
 
"We are excited to offer this exclusive opportunity to secure preferred chairback seating to our loyal fans," said head volleyball coach Andrea Leonard. "The vantage point from these special seats gives our fans the comfortable front row action they have been waiting for!"
 
The 2016 season will be the first in which the Cougars will compete in The Sports Center, the brand-new athletics facility on campus. The Sports Center will be home for the women's volleyball team as well as the men's and women's basketball teams. The grand opening is scheduled for September 1, 2016.

Volleyball season ticket purchases allow ticket holders to sit in the chairback seats that are in the first five rows of center court.

Season tickets are $150 each and are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
 
Season tickets holders will have an opportunity to pick their own seat on September 1, following the grand opening at noon and before the first game at 4 p.m. In addition, season ticket holders will have the opportunity for a sneak-peak, behind-the-scenes tour of The Sports Center before the season.

CSUSM will be competing in its second year in NCAA Division II and the California Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA) in 2016-17. For the first time in the University's history, all sports will play their home games on campus.
