POMONA, Calif. – The Cal State San Marcos women's soccer team drew 0-0 (2 OT) with Cal Poly Pomona in California Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA) play on Thursday afternoon at Kellogg Field.
The Cougars outshot the Broncos 14-7 and earned nine total corners, but could not sneak a shot past CPP keeper Ricki Ives. CSUSM goalkeeper
Erica Dory made four saves in the victory.
CSUSM moves to 7-4-5 overall and 5-4-2 in CCAA play with one match remaining. CPP moves to 7-5-3, 6-3-2 in CCAA play.
Kayla Anderson and
Meghan Randig each had four shots, while
Briana Daoust added three.
The Cougars end their season on Saturday, October 29 at Cal State San Bernardino at 11 a.m.
