TURLOCK, Calif. – The Cal State San Marcos men's soccer team drew 2-2 with Stanislaus State in California Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA) play on Sunday at Warrior Stadium.
CSUSM led 1-0 and 2-1, but a pair of penalty kicks by Stan St.'s Matthew Waldron allowed the Warriors to tie the match.
Following their back-to-back ties against Stan St. and Cal State East Bay on this CCAA weekend, the Cougars move to 5-4-4 overall, 4-2-4 CCAA and sit in a tie for sixth place in the CCAA standings.
Stanislaus State moves to 2-10-4 overall and 0-9-1 in CCAA action.

Once again, 20 minutes later in the 73
rd, Waldron tacked on another PK to tie it at 2-2.
Justin Tesar made six saves as CSUSM was outshot 23-11 by Stan St.
CSUSM has two matches remaining which will take place next Thursday and Saturday at Cal Poly Pomona and Cal State San Bernardino, respectively.
