SAN MARCOS, Calif. – The Cal State San Marcos volleyball team continued to roll with a fourth consecutive home victory on Friday night after registering a 3-1 win over visiting California Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA) opponent Cal Poly Pomona. Final scores were 25-20, 21-25, 25-22 and 25-17.
The Cougars improve to 12-6 overall and 5-4 in conference action while the Broncos (4-12, 0-7 CCAA) continues their search for first CCAA win of 2016.

Lauren Lee added 11 kills and four block assists. Freshman
Maddy Newcombe registered six blocks including one solo. Freshman
Aleese Wheaton collected her 14th double-double with 41 assists and 14 digs. Junior
Samantha Flores finished with 18 digs and sophomore
Haley Montgomery snagged a career-best 15 digs.
CPP's Deanna Blaine was the only Bronco to reach double-digits in kills with 10 in the match.
The Cougars hit the road tomorrow, traveling to Cal State San Bernardino for a 7 p.m. match.
