SSU Breakdown: The Seawolves have won six consecutive matches and sit atop the conference standings with 16 points and a 6-0-1 CCAA mark. SSU ranks fourth in NCAA Division II in goals against average (.343) and save percentage (.727). They've recorded four consecutive shutout victories.
Humboldt State PreviewAll-time vs. HSU: Sunday will be the first clash between the squads.
HSU Breakdown: Humboldt State is 2-0-1 over its last three matches since losing back-to-back matches to Sonoma State and Chico State. Goalkeeper Catilin Plese's 77 saves are most in the conference. Bridget Daley's five goals are a team-high.

New ConferenceCal State San Marcos is a part of the 13-team
California Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA), made up of 12 CSU institutions and UC San Diego. The CCAA is one of the premier NCAA Division II leagues in the nation. Its teams have won more national championships (153) than any other conference.
New TerritoryAfter nine seasons of competition in the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA), the Cougars enter their first season of NCAA Division II competition in 2015. CSUSM is currently in the second year of a three-year transition to full NCAA Division II membership. As a part of the transition, the Cougars will be ineligible for postseason play in 2015 and 2016.
