NCAA Division I Exhibitions Recap
The Cougars return to regular season play after traveling for a pair of exhibitions last week against NCAA Division I opponents. Last Thursday, Julian Camper led the way with 11 points and eight rebounds, but the Cougars fell 74-52 in their first-ever meeting with Cal at Haas Pavilion. Two days later, CSUSM nearly upset Nevada, leading for over three-fourths of the game before falling 72-62. Dayton Boddie played all 40 minutes and scored 18 points against the Wolfpack.

Pomona-Pitzer Preview
It will be the first contest of the season for the Sagehens, who will play Tuesday night's contest as an exhibition. PP is an NCAA Division III school that competes in the Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SCIAC). Pomona-Pitzer returns both of its leading scorers from last season, Kyle McAndrews (17.8 PPG) and Michael Cohen (11.8 PPG). Pomona-Pitzer went 18-8 overall last season.

Las Vegas Preview
It won't be a standard Vegas vacation jaunt for this group. Awaiting the Cougars in Sin City will be two ranked opponents, No. 22 Rocky Mountain and No. 18 Lindenwood-Belleville. Both RMC and LUB qualified for the NAIA Division I National Championship last season, but fell in the Opening Round. LUB played last season in the A.I.I., but has moved on to the American Midwest Conference.

Homecoming Game - Saturday, Nov. 22
The Cougars will host defending national champion Vanguard on Saturday, Nov. 22 to cap-off CSUSM Homecoming Week. Students, faculty and staff will need to reserve their tickets prior to the game in order to attend because it is expected to be a sellout! To reserve your seat, click here.
