LA MIRADA, Calif. – The No. 25 Cal State San Marcos volleyball team dropped a 3-0 match at No. 5 Biola, 16-25, 19-25, 19-25, Tuesday, at the Chase Gymnasium in La Mirada, Calif. The Cougars fall to 18-10 while the Eagles improve to 20-4 on the year.

Samantha Flores collected 13 digs and senior setter
Alyssa Foster dished out 27 assists.
CSUSM challenged Biola in the first two sets until the midway point when the Eagles turned on the guns to pull away each time. Hitting errors haunted the Cougars in the final set, registering 11 of their 25 of the match.
Joclyn Kirton's 12 kills and .522 attack percentage guided the Eagles.
The Cougars return home for a match-up against La Sierra on Thursday, Oct. 23 at 7 p.m.
