SALT LAKE CITY – The No. 21 Cal State San Marcos women's soccer team registered its second straight 1-0 victory in Utah, this time against host Westminster on Sunday morning at Dumke Field.

Jessica Wilds netted her first goal of the season in the 76^th minute to provide the difference in the contest. Kaleigh Dodson sent in a corner kick into the box that was flicked on by Sarah Campbell. Wilds pounced on the second ball and pounded it home from four yards out.

CSUSM rebounded nicely after three straight losses heading into the weekend, dropping Rocky Mountain 1-0 on Friday before its narrow win on Sunday. The Cougars stand at 6-3-1 overall on the year.

The pair of victories ended a gauntlet of matches for CSUSM. The Cougars had played eight games in a span of 16 days, but will now have eight days off before their next match vs. Bethesda on Oct. 8 at home.
